Thom's has always delivered with their flowers and service. I recently ordered a bouquet for my mother on the Saturday after Mother's day. During Covid as well as just being after the holiday, they were short on flowers which made sense. They actually called me in British Columbia to explain that they didn't have the exact flowers I ordered but were going to make sure that the bouquet was just as nice or nicer. They even used more expensive flowers than what were in the original order.
Not impressed. Flowers had holes in leaves, looked like a blind person made the arrangement, poor service. Will never shop there again and would not recommend them to anyone.
