Horrible experience. Poor customer service! Will never order again from here even though they have been in the community for years. I placed an order for my Mother for mothers days and for it to be delivered on May 7th. I had my mom wait at home the whole day for a “delivery “ as I was trying to surprise her for Mothers Day. At 5pm still no delivery. I processed to call the shop multiple times, phone was off hook. Emailed and finally got a response that oh …we are down 3 ppl today, as soon as we get the order made we will get it out. This should have been communicated to their customers before 6pm on Saturday ! My mother finally received them at 8pm that evening ! Thanks for running my surprise and having my mother stay at home all day ! I have sent a follow up email and still have not received a response from them.
